i had a great stay with outstanding service and a very clean room, and it was just a quick 10-minute walk to the buzzing plaza de armas which made exploring the city's landmarks so easy while enjoying the local vibe.

This hotel is clean with beautifully presented rooms.

I was quite frustrated by the water pressure issues we faced in one of our rooms, which was really disappointing especially after a long day's hike. Additionally, the laundry service pricing felt exorbitantly high, making it difficult to use during our stay. The breakfast was good, but I wish the hot foods were replenished more quickly as we encountered empty trays on multiple occasions.

The morning breakfast was a highlight for me, offering a wide array of fresh fruits and made-to-order hot dishes.

Unfortunately, we encountered issues with inconsistent water temperature during our showers, requiring multiple calls to reception.

The location is quiet, just a 10-minute stroll from the busy Plaza Mayor, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. However, I did find that the hot foods at breakfast could be replenished more promptly, as some trays ran empty during peak times. Also, while my stay was pleasant, one room had slightly low water pressure, making showers less satisfying, although it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, I’d definitely choose to stay here again.

The buffet breakfast was truly excellent, with a variety of fresh fruits, juices, and hot dishes cooked to order. Our room was spacious with a super comfortable bed, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day. The staff provided outstanding service, always available to assist us with anything we needed! Guests also appreciated the short walk to attractions, balancing convenience with tranquility.

Couples looking for a cozy retreat

The staff treated us like royalty, especially Angela, who went out of her way to help us store our luggage and cash safely while we ventured to Machu Picchu. The beds were so comfortable that we actually had to force ourselves to get up for breakfast which was really good by the way, fresh fruits and hot items kept us fueled for the day!

It was a bit pricey for what it offered, but it was still an acceptable deal.

Wi-Fi was reliable, but the room lacked ventilation. Friendly staff stored my luggage for free.
